Revised WOTUS Definition Released
On January 23, 2020 the US EPA and the US Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) signed off on the revised definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS) under the Clean Water Act. The revised definition is being referred to as the “Navigable Waters Protection Rule.” Continue reading
